This programme is running in the memory of Pt. Tika Ram Pujari MLA, a great freedom fighter and social reformer of Uttar Pradesh. In this library is provides free books, news- papers and reading room facilities to poor and economically weaker sections society. During the year 2023-2024 Eight Hundred Thirty Eight (838) people has benefited from this library.
